A snAkE Or A hOrsE... zOdIAc sIgn dIllEma!!!

Since I still have the Fruits Basket fever in me I'm posting here my Chinese Zodiac Sign. Mine is kinda tricky because I was born 14th of January 1978. If I am going to follow the year I was born, 1978 was year of the Brown Earth Horse. But Chinese New Year fell on 7th of February 1978, so my birthday is still considered under the Year 1977, which is year of the Red Fire Snake.

So I will just put both Zodiacs here:

The Snake
1917, 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001

People born in the Year of the Snake are deep, strong-willed, and intense. They say little and possess great wisdom. They never have to worry about money; they are financially fortunate. Snake people are often quite vain, selfish, and a bit stingy. Yet they have tremendous sympathy for others and try to help those less fortunate. Snake people tend to overdo, since they have doubts about other people's judgment and prefer to rely on themselves. They are determined in whatever they do and hate to fail. Although calm on the surface, they are intense and passionate. Snake people are usually good-looking and sometimes have marital problems because they are fickle. They are most compatible with the Ox and Rooster. Their opposite is the Boar.

Fire Snake – Years 1917 and 1977
Fire Snakes are more extroverted, forever offering opinions and telling others what’s on their minds. Even so, others enjoy listening to Fire Snakes. They’re very persuasive and are especially good at convincing others that their ways are best.
The Horse
1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002
People born in the Year of the Horse are physically attractive, popular, and like the company of others. They are cheerful, skillful with money, and perceptive, although they sometimes talk too much. They are wise, talented, good with their hands, and sometimes have a weakness for members of the opposite sex. They are impatient and hot-blooded about everything except their daily work. They like entertainment and large crowds. They are very independent and rarely listen to advice. They are most compatible with Tigers, Dogs, and Sheep. Their opposite is the Rat.
Earth Horses – Years 1918 and 1978
Earth Horses will work to meet their goals, no matter how long it takes. They’ve got the ability to view situations from all perspectives and this ability is especially useful when it comes to making decisions. They’re very adaptable and they’re funny too.

The big question is... which sign do I fit the most?

I'm not vain and selfish like the snake. But I often think I'm financially fortunate. Not rich, but in the sense that I've never been flat broke. Maybe because I'm a little stingy. But like the snake I love to help the less fortunate too. People also see me as calm and yes I am determined in whatever I do but I also get bored so easily especially with my job. It is not a surprise! In ten years I've been to 6 different companies! And yes, I prefer to keep my feelings to myself and if I was betrayed be sure that I'll get even!

With regards to the Horse sign, I don't have the tendency to fall fast and hard and I don't like to be the center of attention, nor I talk too much, maybe only when I'm with friends. Although, I'm always in search of a good time and I must admit I always multi-task but most of the times I never finish my work because I keep on starting a new one. And when things don't go my way I will definitely throw a tantrum but I always maintain a positive outlook in life and I'm a frustrated athlete.

With all of these analysis I still don't know which zodiac fits me. Maybe I'm a combination of both. I'm just sure of one thing, I'm a Capricorn! :)
